Are they going to come out and say something about crash after BNS logo after update?

So far, I have to seen any thread that indicate this problem is resolved with the crashes after BNS logo with the razer software in place.  Is everyone resolved the problem because I have not heard anything at all.  I have not seen any thread that says they are looking into the problem.

I am having this exact same problem. I hadn't been online all day today, I just went to update the game and as the BNS logo was coming up i got the BNS crash report. To add a little flavor to this bug, my logo will not come off the screen unless I restart my computer. I have uninstalled all my razer software. My mouse and keyboard look pleb and I still cannot play. I have 0 running apps. I have unchecked the start with chroma keyboard option. I have no where to go. Please. Halp.
