okey, so i have experienced a couple of crashes since start..and this one..i cant figure out what to do. i have read EVERYTHING...
i cant get passed the BnS launch icon.

Just installed Razer Synapse and it WORKED!

I am having exactly the same problem. It opens itself and let me introduce PIN code. After a couple of seconds it closes and show up that messagge

I could at least play after i disbled all the program via "msconfig" that are in "service and start" that are marker as "producer - Unknown" i had no more of that error except sometimes while i use cross-server dungeons, but at least i could play!

this is a maintenace in progress, they estimatethat will take 5h30min, and started doing the maintenace to an hour ago.
