in BnS i know its 'balanced' perse with level cap and some other things, The other things i wanted to know about if someone can shed some light on this?

Level is auto 45 = Check

SoulShield?

Gems?

Anything else i missed thats set to a 'base'?

EDIT: Refering to Arena of course sorry @@!
