How to repair Hongmoon Training Weapons

I have my reasons. Also why can't we transmute the appearance onto our hongmoon staff?

U need to have a repair kit and come next to campfire then u can repair it. When u want to change appearance of hongmoon staff u need to get other staff then go glamour it (there is label when u upgrading something)
