Game Freezes

Hi, I'm having the same problem since yesterday. Every time i've tried to cross the portal that goes to the bandit hideout, to continue the main quest (chapter 8, pirates and thieves), the game freezes and crash in the loading page...

Don't know what to do ._.

Well, now all my quests continue in bandit hideout ._.
