Purchasing Warderobe without Premium

Hey,

i personally really like the warderobe as my bank is cluttered with outfits and accessories. Tough i didnt find it in the hongmoon shop to purchase that without having to buy the premium. The premium is great and all but i dont want the other benefits it gives i just want to purchase the warderobe permanently. Having to buy premium for months is just too much for the warderobe, since i could buy alot of bags and upgrade my bank , which will in fact stay permanently, which is actually cheaper than having to buy premium.

Will there be an option in the future making it possible to purchase the warderobe in the hongmoon shop for a character without having to buy premium?
