DC'ed when swotching chars and the 87 bytes "repair file"

i dont know if its just me or someone else haves the same trouble too

When i try to switch characters, 90% of the time i get DC'ed due to "cannot conect to the server" and sometimes the game just crashes, i'd like to know if theres a way to fix this bcz file repair is doing nothing.

and that 87 bytes "reapair file" always show up everytime when i launch the game, is there a way to get rid of it? its really annoying cuz it takes like a minute to check and "dowload" it (but it really dont downloads nothing and i know im not the only one whit this trouble)
