Cant Start Game. Patch is stuck at "Downloading Repair Files"

After clicking "Play Now", the patch goes through the "verifying" stage then the "repairing" stage. My patch seems to get stuck. The detail window says downloading repair files but the loading bar just shows "0% (0 bytes/85 bytes)".

I've been restarting the patch multiple times. And Ive restarted my pc too.

I've been playing normally before the latest patch of 87mb. After the latest update, the game seems to get stuck at the repair stage.

Is this just mine or you guys get to experience this too?

Same issue.

I turned off microsoft security essentials "real time protection" and then it worked.  Not sure if it just worked after it or this fixed it.
