How do you animation cancel on BD?

I just hit level 45 on BD, but still havent learned how to animation cancel on it.

You simply want to spec into Lightning flash and cancel the start of the animation with flicker. There is a timing to it but it gets easier with practice. All you are doing is activating a skill, and then using another as soon as the startup frames happen on the previous. So Lightning flash>Flicker (with correct timing). Don't mash it. It will come with practice.

It's not really fair to call this anicancelling as it's just spamming R(LMB) and then throwing in F whenever it procs.

Wrong man. He's doing it fast in the vid which is how animation canceling "looks". Especially off a proc skill. Thing is for BD is that Lightning flash is our best skill to cancels frames on due to the high burst dps. He's not finishing the whole animation of it which is the whole point of it. It's literally the same thing in fighting games. If he were mashing it, it literally won't work nearly as well.

Actually watch the video.. pay attention to R and F. You can see when he presses the button. He is literally spamming. I know what anicancelling is as I do it on my KFM.
