Authenticator not working

The game is not recognizing my authenticator code. I use the google authenticator on my smart phone and it was working yesterday. Tried removing it on my account page and it doesn't recognize it there either.

Removed it on my account page. Went to put it back on and it still doesn't recognize the code. I think there is something wrong between NCsoft and the Google Authenticator. The only thing that changed from yesterday is the patch I downloaded for Blade and Soul. I didn't update my phone or anything.
