Lag spikes and delays

1 day i play it was nice everything work i try everithing to fix it but still didnt work dont have any razer or asus avast avg and i still geting 10-15 sec delay when i cast spells

its not internet fault becouse its 50 mb all time and i have good fps new pc so its also no pc so whats wrong somebody can help me ?

Yeah I've been having the same problem since the new update yesterday. One moment the is almost no delay and the next is like 8-12 second delay. I also get good fps (it not game lag but looks like a latency spike). I never used to have this problem until update. Does anyone know what could cause this?

i ask the team support try everything but stil its not working so i dont realy know how to fix it
