new location found but wind stride markers greyed out

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem now that I can not get to Chapter 2 of the story. I was teleported to a different region where chapter 2 starts. Stood right next to a wind stride marker but it wouldnt recognize it so it stayed grey. I windstirde back to chapter 1 to do some dungeons, now im stuck in chapter 1 world and have no way of wind striding back...

 

Anyone else have this problem??

I noticed that this started in chapter one as well even before going to chapter 2. I would have to run from marker to marker but they are stayed greyed out as if I have not discovered it.. HELPPP!!

 

Should I just make a new character? I don't really want to lose 20+ hours of game play..

I am having the same issue... I just submitted a ticket and see how it goes
