Yea, in some of the higher level cutscenes and NPC dialogue, the voice overs are missing, and same thing with the the last couple of purple quests, the voice overs seem to not happen?

 

Unless that was intentional. 

 

I also notice that in PVP things like "Winner" or the voice overs for a match being found arnt there? Unless thats intentional?
