Whisper Chat Tab Missing / Chat Filtering Not Working

I accidentally deleted the Whisper Tab, and now I am unable to restore it, even I created a new chat tab and name it "Whisper", the general messages will go into that tab as well. How can I restore the whisper tab?

I noticed that Chat Filtering isn't working well neither as I uncheck the unwanted chat message, it still shows.

Need help please!
