Dragon trade pouches

How do i use the dragon trade pouches to access/expand the wardrobe.  item description says i can, but i can't see a way to apply it.

There are several horizontal bars just below your inventory space.
I believe you need to click on them (or double click... can't remember) and they'll prompt you to use your dragon trade pouches.
You'll probably need a few to open one horizontal bar.

 

Hope it helps. I've only accidentally opened it yesterday. ^^;
