Quest Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger Bugged

Old Man Cho doesn't appear for me on the roof and yes I'm wearing my faction fashion. After buying the fan I no longer have any purple markers on my map and I logged out and relogged not there, switched channels not there and I restarted the quest several times with no luck. I'm at a loss of what to do at this point, any help would be appreciated.

I have exactly the same problem! I don't know what to do! :(

I've solved it, the problem is when you are buying the fan you have to really talk to guy from your faction, buy the fan, and put it in your inventory. If you just go to the green circle around the guy from your faction it does not buy it automatically, although the mission proceeds normally. In sum, make sure the fan is in your inventory after you bought it.
