CHAT SPAM, what is BnS going to do About it?

I am sure i am not the only one who has filed a complaint with this but what is NCsoft going to do about chat spam especially when I can't break Clan and Faction chat from each other (open the chat settings, uncheck Faction and I can't hit Apply).  All i see in chat 90% is Spam from Gold Frauds and NCsoft has a block limit as well so once you hit that limit you are screwed at having in convo with anyone.  If they want to fix this issue they could just create a GM on each server that has Chat Ban rights and will just sit and enjoy banning people as they play the game without abusing it. OR allow us to make a tab for each chat we wanna read like Clan by itself.  If there is a way, tell me because the above does not work and this is becoming frustrating with the constant spam all day everyday.
