for the love of god just pay some random blokes some cash to sit and spamban those damn bots as a temp fix? 

how friggin hard can it be? you guys are raking in profit from our members, store etc.. 

ey if u ban a bot, it's possible they even resub on another stolen acc, so you guys even make more money? is that the trigger you guys need? 

 

please show some sort of proffesionality towards your customers.. 

this is just ridicolous.

they dont do anithing stai calm,as i said they have milion of dolars, and they cant pay some1 from the ncsoft staf to stai online and ban spam gold account and d/c them,i think spam golders is theyr friends.is so easy man in 1 min you can do this deal.but they dont,they will lose ppl very soon.
