Debuffs shared?

Started leveling a forcemaster and I paid it little heed before on my destroyer with bleeds, tho it seems debuffs are shared which is quite frustrating... especially when you build for impact burn and Herp and Derpette comes along, on a boss mob, spamming impact like there's no tomorrow.
Would personally love it to be individual, especially as outdoor content seems a  rather big part of pve and having one if not several (dunno how many classes rely on debuffs to trigger) be punished from other people, of the same class, being nearby. Or hell, I can't really do dungeons with my forcemaster brother or friends without severely punishing our damage potential.

Anyways, that's my two cents. For now I'll bite the dust and level a summoner so I can play with family and friends (really not a big fan of lyn, tho managed to make one look like a mini Jafar!).
