Lagg + Disconnects

Plz guys some tell that iam not the only one who is face lagg and disconnects in the eu server bec yesterday every thing was fine till midnight came every thing wentt laggy and alot of disconnects to be more clearly i cant use skills i cant chat i cant even change my channel but i can see every one is fine with playing have no problem i checked every thing my download speed and my ping from my current location to german by pingtest.net and every thing is perfect + i tried to play in us servers every thing was alote better than EU despite that us is way further than eu for me PLZ SOME ONE GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SHIT SITUATION
