Prestige points ?

So when I press P, I can only see my Contribution Point. The prestige point is "none". Wonder how can I gain any prestige points ?

You must have faction outfit on and then you can see Red quest icons, these quests gives those points after you finish em. I do not understand this faction stuff yet either, would be great to have more depth study about it but cannot seem to locate proper information anywhere.
