How do I use them and what are they for? I tried mashing Q and E but I never change stance.

 

Is there any search engine in this forum?

To use Q you need to be close to an enemy. Charge a mob and click Q and it will teleport you behind the mob and place you in draw stance. E is the same except that it will not put you in draw stance and it switches you to standard stance. Q and E also gives you invulnerability frames so you can dodge red attacks that you cannot block.
