Cannot finish main quest

So... I follow the main quest all through the game, I'm lvl 44 atm. Until I wake up and talk to Yura, the quest log says to read a letter... But my inventory has no letter. So I try clicking 'next' in the quest tracker and I get two sentences (which don't match the audio) and that's it. Their is no screen to accept anything the only option I have is to select a quest (which repeats the same two sentences) and to quit. Neither advances the quest and I have no idea what to do... Anyone have a suggestion...?
