Can't even log in to the game.

I've looked up some various stuff on how to fix this, what happens is every time I try to log in to the game it instantly crashes. Apparently the download is routing directly to the NCSoft launcher and not Blade and Soul, yet I looked in my system files and Blade and Soul wasn't even in there, it was just the NCSoft launcher. Yet I downloaded it off the Blade and Soul download link and it installed under the name of BnS launcher. It's extremely odd, if anyone knows how to fix this problem, please let me know.
