Disconnected from server

Over past 3 days, I have been randomly disconnected from server countless times for no apparent reason. Is there any solution to this nonsense? It seems to lag right before hand when none of the abilities work and then it kicks me off. It is getting highly aggravating, because I am running dungeons and it kicks me. Not to mention I am not premium so sometimes I get kicked login for 5 minutes then get kicked again to wait another hour in queue time. Please any help would be good. I doubt it being my internet or computer being incapable. I have Verizon Fios with 75mbs up and down, and for computer it has 16gb ram 4gb graphics and intel i7 processor
