End Game Progression - Discussion

Hello!

 

I'm a premium player (KFM) who hit 45 and I'm farming blackram supply dungeon 6-man, just to provide some context.

I noticed some people already have like over 200 gold. I'm wondering what are some key things that they are doing to make that much gold.

I know the answer is that they "play A LOT," but I'm looking for more specific advice.

 

I'm aware that crafting moonwater transformation stones is good, but that's all I know.

What steps can I take toward end-game progression and making gold (thereby upgrading gear)?
