Annoying delays everyday...

Hey guys, I and my complete Guild are playing on the EU Frostgipfel [DE] Server and we got everyday problems with delays. I have 19ms in every game but sometimes like now i cant play because of rly annoying delays and i dont know what to do against it. I tried to reset my ip and restart my computer. Sometimes it worked but not always... Can someone help me :/?

My Specs if its important: i5 6600k 3,5ghz R9 390 Nitro 16Gb RAM Asus Z170 pro gaming SSD Crucial 500gb
