Blocked People (Suggestion)

This is a suggestion to make the block list account wide and not only to the character, you block someone for certain reasons (gold seller spammers mainly) so when you create an alt and log in just to see the chat going crazy with spammers is a little frustrating to start the whole blocking process again.
