Should i drop the game ?

I have conduct the support guys of "ncsoft" about tranferring my char 1 week ago.At first i was happy because they answered me in about 15 hours and i was like wow nice support they asked me for some informations and then after last saturday i last updated my ticket about smthing they asked once again noone have conduct me.I don't know why i have to w8 a whole week for a simple transfer that made me lost half of my founder's pack time and yet think that i am not angry i know that thinks like this might happen.Yet again it's ike don't mind if i will continue playing their game.My main char was only17 lvl and because they didn't inform that they will delete the new char progress after transfer i reach lvl 11 with the new char too.Now if they ever transfer my char i will have to start from the begining again so i ask you dear forum should i drop the game ????
