Will Oceanic players be able to join EU and NA servers with low ping like in WoW

I'm writing this fourm to ask about if Oceanic players like Australian's and New Zealanders will they be able to join EU and NA servers with low ping, like in WoW, will this feature happen in the future or not? Because the idea of having servers in Oceanic countries is great, but my friends who play Blade&Soul are in EU countries. So, please implement the feature as I've said before, and thank you for you're time.
