Installation issue

so i posted this in player to player support but no one has answered all day guess they don't know but here is whats happening

 

So I was in-game for  a bit and the game crashed i was like um OK but then i tried to run the updater and i kept getting an error03001  i followed the steps it said but still didn't help so i just decided to uninstall and game and reinstall it. While I'm trying to reinstall it i keep getting this and won't let me install it nor do i know what to do about it. I also tried reinstalling the install wizard, restarting computer etc but didn't help any suggestions?
