Disconnect/Lag Issue HELP PLEASE!

So I read the other forums on how to fix the disconnect and lag issue, but even after I disabled Razer, I'm still having disconnect/lag issues.

I played from beginning to that Yehara Sand place perfectly fine without any issues, but now I can't even do any skills or talk to npcs.

I see myself constantly dying and unable to revive as well because of this lag.

 

Note: I don't have the ASUS in my service so I can't disable it

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME FIX THIS!!
