Problem with Class quest 1

Hello i have a little problem here.

My friend made a Kung fu master and i made a Blade Master.

While playing, i noticed my friend had more quest than i had, which was weird. At a point he was asked for a faction and i wasn't, even though we did the exact same quests and were the same level. Further in the game he had some special class quest with someone teaching him combo, i didn't have it either. While searching a bit on the internet, i noticed that i was supposed to meet a masked Hongmoon : http://bladeandsoulroleplay.wikia.com/wiki/Class_Quest_1

I searched into the entire bambou lookout, i couldn't find any way to find this character or any quest that would drive me to meet her. Could be a bug or is the quest unavaiable now ?

There is a large rock up against the wall. Behide it should be the frist training room area i believe. it's hidden sometimes so be sure to look behind things

I already took a peek in the Abandoned Well and couldn't find this Hongmoon. But there's a kind of black portal behind a rock which i can't access sadly :(

Okay so i created another character and this time i got the quest. So there were a bug on my first character, i didn't got the quest, sad.
