'W', 'A', 'S', and 'D' keys not working.

I just started to play this game and while I am playing my 'W', 'A', 'S', and 'D' keys do not seem to work properly. I have looked around and have seen that others seem to also have had this problem and the only solution that I have found is to press Shift + F2. This simply allows me to move around with my mouse which is not an actual solution.I have ensured that my keybindings are correct and all of the other keys in the game work perfectly fine. The only time that the 'W', 'A', 'S', and 'D' keys work correctly is while I am holding either Ctrl or Alt. Is this a problem that is easily fixed or is it a bug?

I only experience this problem in this game.
