Open World PVP - Prestige Gaining

Hello everyone, I couldn't get my head around the way Prestige gaining in B&S works so if its possible somebody to explain to me in simple matter. So far I understood that I could gain prestige by killing opposing faction members or NPC that have som sort of a Blue icon/circle indicating they are worth prestige but I haven't seen any players or NPCs at lvl 45 that have that. Is it possible for somebody to tell me where and how to look for Prestige giving NPCs/mobs/players how do I find or distinguish them from those that don't give.

Hey ya! it seems world pvp at this point doesn't give anything just from killing players. There are dailies which give your currency for that faction that allows you to buy items. But at this point like I said killing players in World pvp give you no prestige. Arena does have a ranking system which is Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and platinum. I believe it's Diamond and platinum, But don't hold me to it if those don't exist! I hope this helped!
