can't do The Way of The Summoner why?

i try to do this  quest The Way of The Summoner but is won't me go to road i suppose to go because is been block i already did all the quests and  side-quest in the region  what left is are the Daily  side-quest only, so how i get to do this quest?

There should be a portal to the left of that screen shot you took. That's how you get that quest done.
