Character Crashes Game

My game crashes at the first loading screen every time I try to play one of my characters, but I am able to play my other character just fine.

The same thing happens to me, the game crashes whenever i try to play on my main, (lvl 39 force master). But i can log in just fine when i play on my other character (lvl 22 blade master) Maybe there is an item i have that is bugged that makes the game crash. I don't know
