This needs to be fixed

I've paid $75 to play a game during the head start and the ability for various perks, yet the main perk ive had to deal with is constant disconnections and fighting against the queue (mushin). New servers introduced, queue times reduced greatly, yet im still getting client crashing errors (mushin). Its to the point where my whole guild is on Mushin, yet im leveling an alt on Poharan. Though this server is a little more stable, i still get client DCs and error messages closing out my game and therefore affecting the "experience".  there needs to be some type of compensation for these issues as every time your game client crashes i have to restart my pc just to be able to play. the newest of errors that im receiving is error 4049
 

 

the errors occur and moreso on my "home" server compared to the alt server.
