Rollback?

Evening, my account just got rolled back to the level I was when I started playing today (Which was Level 3) - I leveled it up to 18 since I logged in and now, after the server crash, I got rolled back to level 3...

In addition to this my purchase of ncoin and premium membership is also gone.

Did this happen to anyone else?
