I'm seeing combo videos at lv 20+ for Parry>TakeFlight>Rising Eagle. 

I'm a lv 28 blade master, and I still can't figure how to parry. 
All this time, I'm only pressing "1" for block, and that's about it?

Any help on this matter?

I'll give you some help. In order to parry you have to block an enemies attack in 0.5 seconds after using the block skill. Otherwise it will just be a normal block after that 0.5 second window.

So basically a perfect guard mechanic. Hmm, I haven't been able to do so, seemes a little off everytime (either input lag on my end or server).

What is your ping and what server are you on. If your on Iksanun i could should you.

Nvm ping is: 44 to Dallas.

I don't know why I can't parry, I can PG in most other games.

I guess I need to tier 2 stage 1 my block skill?

Goddamit I suck. Anyways, I'm looking at guides that say to tier 2 stage 3 it (4 seconds of block 1%hp recovery). 

Any good reason why this is recommended and not tier 2 stage 2 (2 second block but parry window)?

The first row of block is for pvp, second row is for pve solo play, and the last row is for dungeon play. If your going to pvp I would use the second row rather than the first row because parrying, although easy in some cases, can be hard to do in pvp, If you dont parry you lose use of an important skill, cyclone, which gives you invincibility.
