Can't Install Game! Need Help Please!

So, i've worked past the 1935 problem and now have Microsoft C++ 2005 installed which is good, i've installed the BNS lite installer but for some reason I don't see the NC Soft or NCWest folder in my program files when i go through the installation?  I don't have an icon on my desktop for the launcher either, this is very odd, anyone having this issue that can help, thanks.
