Unlisted Blade Dancer nerfs??

So, I got to like 25 in the beta weekends, and was pretty happy with the game so far. I'm just gettin back to it now tho, remade my LBM, and suddenly my Lightning Strike skill is worthless? That used to be such a cool move, zipping through enemies in rapid succession. but now its on a 9 second cooldown after one dash through?  What happened? o.o I didn't see that in the patch notes

NM, I guess it was a different skill I was using. Their animation are similar is all.
