Character Crashes Game

So I was teleporting to an area to do the dailies, but the game crashed during the loading screen. So I try to start the game again and it crashes, do this for a few minutes before I try to reinstall it and look up the problem to see if there are any solutions. I saw a thread about someone crashing while trying to load a new area, so I made a new character which I can play perfectly. Any ideas on how to fix this?
