Disconnected (300)

I play on the NA servers from Australia. This requires me to utilise a 3rd party software to boost my ping and I use WTFast which improves my ping significantly; 190 down from 400 to be precise. Now without this software, I can't hope to even cast spells normally let alone chain combos. Now, after the recent server issues, I seem to be getting the "Disconnected from server.(300)" error message every time I press Start game (while using WTFast). I could load in fine without it, but as I said, I couldn't even hope to play this game with 400ping. Is this a temporary issue or does NCsoft have a hand in disconnecting users with 3rd party softwares after the recent server issues?
