hey i just hit 45,

wondering what stuff i should be focusing on....

what soul shields to go for for pve and pvp (aka, what are the best for each)?

what weapon should i be trying to make / craft / upgrade? is the weapon/accessories i have been leveling till 45 still ok?

or should i be looking for other items....
