Patch Download?

I'm new to the game and i was wondering if i can download a full patch somewhere else instead of updating from the client

my internet is not that fast and i cant pause the download on the client.

 

please tell me if anyone has a link for a full patch download so i can pause and continue the download. Thx

as of yet there isnt a download manual patch...
If you stop the download on the client you can continoue where it left off
