Crash after complete the tutorial

hi guys... i have a problem. I created 2 different char but when I finalize the tutorial  and finished loading the world in bamboo village client crash report.. a solution?  server poharan. 

took 2 days really do not know what else to do !

Hey, im having the same issue. After i complete the tutorial my game goes to the loading screen and just crashes. bump
