Training missions not showing

Hello! 
My training missions with a purple quest marker doesnt show on the map, but when I enter a new zone or log on I hear the voice, If you are a true blabla student read this letter, come meet me in the abandoned well, but there is no quest marker :/ does not show any new letters..

Im lvl 10 and still havent talked to her!

Anyone experienced this?

I've tried going into the abandoned well but the portal into where she is closed..
