Oh my god. Ive sent in multiple ticket and they give me the SAME THREE "FIXES" OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

They dont even look at the doc file i give them OR ANYTHING.

Iv'e gotten these 3 times each and then need to have ACTUAL PEOPLE DOING THIS JOB.

SAME thing happened to me. its just a copy-pasted response every single time. they would suggest the same thing over and over again even though im saying it doesnt work. ive never had such a terrible experience just trying to get simple, SIMPLE answers. bottom of the barrel uselessness over and over again. i really hope i dont ever need to contact them again i know whatever problem im having wont be getting solved by them.

I'm unable to even launch the game, it's like they don't read anything I'm sending them.

they probably got a mass load of complaints and don't have time to read all the reports because everyone here has almost the same problems. even I wanted to buy premium, but I guess not BnS!

i urge you not to spend money on this. and i'd suggest you tell the same to anyone else  you might play with. they dont deserve it

same happened to me i had to uninstall blade and soul and delete the blade and soul folder and re-download the whole thing again. it was the only thing that worked out of all the suggestions

They hired a 3rd party to reply to all of these who dont know anything about the game. So thats who we are dealing with.
