Stuck on dragon logo after clicking start

Hi all,

 

I am having some trouble launching the game. My game files are all updated and NCLauncher runs fine, but after GameGuard finishes doing its thing I'm stuck with the dragon logo (splash screen) on my desktop and nothing happens after that. The client never launches, I've left it like that for more than an hour and nothing changes. The client appears to be running in my Task Manager however.

Windows 7 32bits

I fit the req spec 

also i did play some others games from ncsoft from the same computer on the past.
